Ms. Betsy Dwyer started here aviation career in 1983 working with the specialized unit that transports the President and the Vice President of the United States as a flight attendant until her departure in 1990. She was hired by Wayfarer Aviation in White Plains and assigned to the CEO of Chase Manhattan Bank for 6 years. After leaving Wayfarer she became the Catering Director for Christopher Martins in New Haven CT for 2 years, than was hired by Cesar Pelli to do Private Chef Work for their office also in CT. Betsy wanted to return to flying and was hired by Jet Aviation Business Jets as the Director of Cabin Services for the Private Charter operations from 1997 to 2004 when the company decided to downsize their fleet. For the last four years she has been working for the CEO of General Maritime Corporation onboard a Falcon 2000EX plane based in Oxford CT. Betsy’s continued education has given her a BA in Journalism (Southern Connecticut State University) as well a BA in Business (University of New Ha

Hula Girl!!!

I was driving home from a 18 day trip last Tuesday. Always after a trip, I wonder when things in my life got so complicated and utterly confusing. I was dog tired to the bone after cleaning all the 16 drawers, closets, bells, bits and bobs on the monster Global XRS. I got to my car 2 hours after landing, threw my now useless suitcase, knockoff LV and some dripping yet saucy catering into my super fast honda ridge-line red truck at 5 p.m.. rush hour. AND THEN, I SAW HER.

HULA GIRL. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Instead of baby jesus bobble head, i opted, during a tag sale to don A Hula Girl to the loneliness of my dashboard.

She keeps her life simple. No cell phone, blackberry or ipod. 1 outfit, no shoes, no shirt for that matter. Just a lei and for music she had a little guitar, covering her "never” bra breasts. 

She needs no perfume because of the fragrant orchids in her hair. There is a tuft of island grass beneath her perfect unconcealed soft feet. She is not wearing anything but a smile and she owes no drawers under that grass skirt. This girl does not even have a suitcase, a passport, no shame, no regret , not a care or concern what people think of her. She is my rock star of the 3 hour maddening drive to the homeland. 

I sat there in full awe and respect. I took a moment. Please give me something to believe in. Hula girl had it going on.
